Bryant Hill was born out of necessity, passion, and a deep commitment to family, quality, and purpose. Founded by Dwayne Smith, a devoted father of three boys—two of whom are nonverbal autistic—Bryant Hill is more than just an all-natural grooming brand; it is a mission-driven business dedicated to creating premium products while empowering those with autism and other disabilities to develop job skills and become self-sustaining.
Dwayne’s journey began when he struggled to find grooming products that worked for his sensitive skin. Suffering from eczema and breakouts caused by mass-market products, he was determined to craft better, cleaner alternatives. With the unwavering support of his wife, Stephanie, he developed all-natural, organic grooming essentials—free from harmful chemicals, parabens, and GMOs—ensuring that not only his family but others seeking safe, high-quality products could benefit.
In 2024, Dwayne made the life-changing decision to leave Corporate America to be a better provider, teacher, and role model for his sons. He sought a path that would align his work with his values, allowing him to build something meaningful while creating opportunities for individuals like his children. Bryant Hill is the result of that vision—a brand that stands for quality, inclusivity, and empowerment.
